During pregnancy Biljana helps women adapt to their continuously changing postural, bio-mechanical, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. With a specialist in-depth and individual approach, Biljana will also help you safely begin or modify your exercise regime during and after pregnancy. Member of Pelvisuisse, Swiss physiotherapy association of Pelvic Physiotherapists, BK is also a member of the Association of Pelvic, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP) in the UK where she first gained skills and experience in women's health before moving to Switzerland. Apart from clinical experience, BK has worked as an antenatal and postnatal fitness instructor for Maternally Fit Ltd and continues to promote high standards of education within the field for Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) internationally. As an APPI Master trainer in women's health, BK spoke at the APPI Conference in 2016 and 2017 on the importance of individual and gradual return to high impact sports following birth.
